Framework Agreement for the preparation, production and media plan of the campaign for the promotion of the natural, cultural and gastronomic resources of Galicia during 2020

The purpose of the framework agreement is the hiring of a service for the execution and implementation of the Galician and national media plan for the Tourism Agencymo of Galicia, during 1 year, with the intention of sensitizing the population and the sectors involved on the values of tourism and gastronomy in Galicia.
The objective of the Framework Agreement is the hiring of a service for the execution and implementation of the plan of Galician and national media, for the Galician Tourism Agency, for 1 year, with the intention of sensitizingthe population and the sectors involved on the values of tourism and gastronomy in Galicia.
Specifically, the object of this Framework Agreement includes the realization of a strategy and media plan, including the execution and quantitative and qualitative justification. The benefits to be executed, as well as the conditions and duties required by the performance of the services object of the preIn the Framework Agreement, the contents of the Particular Administrative Clauses and Technical Prescriptions will be contained. The purpose of the Framework Agreement will include: • Strategy costs, research, planning, execution, justification and evaluation of the media campaigns during the term of the framework agreement. • Cost of the acquisition of advertising spaces in all medias / supports, to be determined. This section includes all expenses, fees and taxes derived from the purchase of advertising spaces. Taking into account the period of duration of the framework agreement and depending on the dissemination and communication needs, it is planned to carry out five waves, of national and autonomous impact, throughout the period of validity: • PromotionGalician tourism in spring: boosting the tourist interest of Galicia during Holy Week and the May bridges. • Gastronomic product: promoting the variety of Galicia gastronomy, as well as the quality of its restoration. • Tourism promotion of Galicia in summer: boosting the tourist interest of Galicia during the summer period of 2020. • Awareness and reception of visiontantes: internal awareness campaign to offer good treatment to tourists who visit our community, during the summer period of 2020. • Tourist promotion of Galicia in autumn: boosting the gastronomic and tourist interest of Galicia during the last quarter of 2020.
