Framework agreement on advertising services at DTU

DTU. framework agreement with the possibility of 2 x 12 months extension with an advertising agency. The advertising agency is going to work outrobust student recruitment campaigns that have a formal information on DTU's education and study environment, including creating knowledge and interest in engineering science and engineering. DTU has 1 arm for recruitment campaigns with approx. 7 annual campaigns (Admission course, Abent House, graduation day, PhD, study choice, candidate, diploma department), of which the campaign for Abent Hus is the largestSte. The campaigns are understood as a collection of communication activities, where several elements may come into play, depending on the formality of the campaign. The campaigns can bathe the best of communication strategic considerations, group analysis, creative concept developments and executions on digital platforms, but also print media.

The advertising agency will prepare student recruitment campaigns that have a formal information on DTU's education and study environment, including creating knowledge and interest in in-house science and engineering. DTU has an arc for recruitment campaigns with approx. 7 annual campaigns (Admission course, Abent House, graduation day, PhD, study program, candidateat, diplomingeni), of which the campaign for Abent Hus is the largest. The campaigns are understood as a collection of communication activities, where several elements may come into play, depending on the formality of the campaign. The campaigns can bathe the best of communication strategic considerations, group analysis, creative concept developments and executions on particular digital platforms, but also print media. the target group-For recruitment campaigns, young people in Denmark and abroad are interested in mathematics in combination with natural sciences and / or social sciences. The campaigns must be in line with this target group, while supporting the branding of DTU. DTU's graduate day / master's degree programs and also One of DTU's bachelor programs has a national and international group of students, -and DTU's campaign language is therefore Danish and English. The advertising agency must have the opportunity to develop the individual campaign and for the interaction between the campaigns to ensure a good balance between current and innovative campaigns and recognisability across the campaigns. In addition to recruitment campaigns, purchases of separate services such as layout and production-of information material on specific actions or events related to DTU's activities.
