The purpose of this public procurement is to make video sequences for the web interface and mobile presentation, to produce promotional reports and their television broadcasts for the project "Peregrinus Silva Bohemica - Multimedi-ln- a digit-ln- turisticky a guide for cross-border historic tours in the Bavarian Forestand Šumava. "The subject of this public procurement is to make video for the web interface and mobile presentation, to produce promotional reports and their television broadcasts for the project" Peregrinus Silva Bohemica - Multimedialni and digital tourist guide for cross-border historic paths in Bavarian Forest and Šumava ".

Demonstration of basic eligibility

The contractor proves that the conditions are met in the basic waywith respect to the Czech Republic, by submitting: a) the extract from the Criminal Records Register in relation to Article 4.2.1 of the Criminal Code. a) the supporting documentation, b) confirmation of the relevant financial institution in relation to Article 4.2.1 of the letter. (b) the filing documentation, (c) a written declaration in relation to excise duty in relation to Article 4.2.1 of the letter. (b) filing documentation, (d) a written declaration of honor in relation to Article 4.2.1. c) supporting documentation, e) confirmation of the relevant district social security administration in relation to article 4.2.1 of the letter. d) the filing of the documentation, f) the extract from the commercial register, or the submission of a written declaration in the form of a written record, in the case that it is not registered in the Commercial Register, in relation to Article 4.2.1 of the letter. e) Documentation.

The supplier demonstrates the fulfillment of the basic capability by submitting a copy of dof the proofs referred to in clause 4.2.4 of the filing documentation, replacing them with the honorable declaration for clause 4.2.1. binding documentation or a single European certification for public bids. The contractor proves according to the provisions of - 77 (1) of the ZZVZ in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing or other• If the supplier is not registered in the Commercial Register or another similarly in the sense of Section 77 (1) of the ZZVZ, he shall submit a correction to the business within the meaning of - 77 paragraph 2. a) ZZVZ in the scope of the subject corresponding to this procurement procedure, if other legal provisions require such correction
