Reference Number: DAA-G19.008-F02_0
This market of services concerns the accessibility of Brussels the first weekend of July 2019. Beginning of July the Tour de France organizes its Grand D-part in Brusselsand this will cause a lot of traffic disruption. The present service contract is for the development and implementation of a communication campaign comprising, on the one hand, an information section on accessibility in Brussels and, on the other hand, an awareness-raising component to encourage the use of alternative means of transport.
Main Site: Brussels-Capital.
Missionin view of the expected traffic problems, Brussels Mobilite wishes to launch a positive communication campaign in order to encourage Brussels residents and visitors to use, as much as possible, alternatives for traveling within and to the Brussels-Capital Region. (The train, the metro, the walk, the bike, the scooter ...).
The mission consists in the clear communication to thedifferent target groups of practical information on the accessibility of Brussels. This includes, among other things, making the mobility offer known, as well as the implementation of an exciting concept that positively guides target audiences towards alternatives. Indeed, the goal is to convince target audiences with a positive message to move otherwise. The campaignso absolutely can not be oriented anti-car.
