We expressly point out the possible requirement of an official decision for the admissibility of the activity in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Procurement Act 2018. Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or bidders who are in the area of another contractare based in the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who have to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualification in order to pursue an activity in Austria, to initiate a procedure as soon as possible, but in any case before the expiry of the offer period.
