Norsk Tipping will enter into new framework agreements for media agency services.

Norsk Tipping will enter into new framework agreements for media agency services.

The assignment comprises:

1) Strategic consultancy services: positioning, branded goods, media and contract;

2) Media consultancy services: planning, purchase and evaluation;

3) Digital marketing and optimisation;

4) Data capture and efficiency analysis.

The scope of the different parts may vary in time and volume depending on the company`s strategy and plan for marketing.

Organisational and legal position:

— the tenderer must have their tax payments in order: tax certificate,

— the tenderer must be a legally established company: company registration certificate.

Economic position:

— the tenderer must have satisfactory economy: income statement, annual report, auditor`s report, credit assessment technical and professional.

Experience: experience with two equivalent contract with major branding suppliers.

Quality assurance system: description or system certificate.

Competence, implementation ability and capacity: organisation, the company`s competence, workforce/capacity. Description of any sub-contractors.

Norsk Tipping can reject a tenderer if there is a conflict of interest between the contracting authority and the tenderer, its business or cooperative relationships (cf. PPR§ 24-2).

The tenderer must provide information about association and contracts with all game companies (regulated or unregulated). This also applies to any sub-contractors.
