The subject of this procurement involves performing the necessary publicity and visualization activities in the implementation of the project in accordance withthe requirements of the contracting authority specified in the technical specification, good professional practices in the performance of such activities, and in accordance with the requirements of the "Growth Regions" 2014-2020. The subject of the award is a service (including the provision of services and delivery of certain promotional and promotional materials) designed to perform the intendedof the project and the mandatory requirements for the information and communication measures of the European Union, necessarily presenting the financial contribution of the European funds. Publicity and visualization measures should be fully in line with the requirements of the 2014-2020 OPRD and the Beneficiary's Unified Beneficiaries Manual for the implementation of the 2014-2020 information and communication rules.

When submitting the offer, compliance with the requirement is declared in the EDEDDO to be submitted by each of the participants, members of the consortia, subcontractors or third parties. Circumstances are certified in ENEDOP (Part IV Part B of ENEDOP is completed)

Compliance with the minimum requirement is demonstrated by the participantprior to signing a performance contract with the submission of documents under Art. 62, para. 1, items 3 and 4 of the Public Procurement Act, namely a certified copy of the annual financial statements or parts thereof when required to be published.
