The aim is to commission a contractor for cross-border project management and overall coordination to produce regular editions of the customer magazine health; including the implementation.

The magazine will appear in the future in a minor sub-format to DIN A4 (at least 21 cm x 28.9 cm) up to a maximum of A4 size. The magazine is currently produced in web offset printing and is equipped with a 2-fold spine stitching. An edition includes about 780, 000 copies with-only minimal deviation. Within the framework of the provision of services, the contractor is expected to achieve a goal-oriented and constructive cooperation with the client, which will enable a timely and high-quality publication of the magazine issues. At the same time, the project management and overall control of the manufacturing and implementation process is the responsibility of the contractor

1) Ad item IV. 1.1) of this notice: The award procedure will take the form of a negotiation procedureAvenues with an upstream competition to VgV. The participation contest initiated by this notice is part of the negotiated procedure and is used for aptitude testing and evaluation (see also II. 2.9)). At the end of the application deadline the requirements according to clauses II. 2. 9), III. 1), III. 2) and VI. 3). Only your successful selectionfollowing the closing of the competition, invites you to submit your proposal.

2) The procedure will be conducted electronically; only the work sample in accordance with point III.1.3) of this notice must be submitted in writing.
