The object of the order is the service of carrying out fromdidactic studies at the "Professional Manager" post-graduate studies together with the examination and certification process and development programs for employees of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin as part of the project "Integrated Program for Competitiveness of Students and Employees of KUL" co-financed from European Funds underEuropean Social Fund, broken down into parts:

1. The subject of the order in part 1 is the service of conducting classes on extramural two-semester postgraduate studies "Professional Manager" along with organizing the examination and certification process for the studioKUL (group of 15 people) within the framework of the project "Integrated Program of Competence Competence of students and employees of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin" co-financed from European Funds under the European Social Fund.

3.Whenever the SIWZ refers to an exam, a certificate, equivalent to ACI, it means the process of obtaining qualifications on the methodology, implementation standards and the final outcome (including exam weight, recognition of certificates, compliance with the European Qualifications Framework, Polish Qualifications Framework, etc.) not lower than the ACI standard. In particular, he must: 1) have established standards-concerning competences (knowledge, skills and social competences) that make up a given qualification described in the language of learning outcomes; 2) have a validation process to check that the competences required for a given qualification have been achieved. Validation includes the identification and documentation of competences held and their verification in relation to the requirements set out for the qualificationji. Validation should be carried out in a proper manner (the learning outcomes that have been determined for a given qualification are verified) and reliable (the verification result is independent of the place, time, methods and persons carrying out the validation); 3) have a certification process, as a result of which the authorized institution issues a document confirming formal qualifications. Certification followsafter validation, as a result of issuing a positive decision stating that all required learning outcomes have been achieved. Certificates confirming the acquisition of qualifications should be recognizable and recognized in a given environment, sector or industry. The certifying authorities can carry out the validation themselves (in this case the validation and certification processes must be properly distributedgreen and independent), or forward it to validating institutions, eg examination centers. The issued certificate will be granted by international organizations and / or the certificate is legally valid in at least two countries.

1) completed form "Contractor's offer" prepared using the template constituting Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, containing in particular: gross price, statement on the period of binding the offer and acceptance of all provisions of the ToR and contract template without reservations, as well as information on subcontractors (if concerns);

2) signed form "Description of the subject of the order", stanoAnnex No. 1a / 1b to SIWZ (depending on the part on which the Contractor submits the offer);

3) the statement indicated in Chapter VII, para. 1 of this ToR,

4) power of attorney to represent the Contractor in the present proceedings, if the documents making up the offer will not be signed by a person or persons designated as persons authorized to represent the Contractor in the register-judicial document or other document proper to the Contractor's organizational form. The power of attorney must clearly indicate which legal actions the person or persons have been authorized to do. The power of attorney should be submitted in the form of an original or a copy certified by a notary public,

5) evidence of payment of a bid bond.

2. The contractors who are not subject to exclusion can apply for the award of a public contractand in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 of the Public Procurement Law - 3. In addition, the Employer foresees the exclusion of the contractor, based on the circumstances referred to in Article 24 sec. 5 point 1) and point 8) of the Public Procurement Law

4. Documents submitted by the Contractor to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion from the public procurement procedure:

a) copy from the relevant register or from Cof the Entry Register and Information on Economic Activity, if separate regulations require an entry in the register in order to prove the absence of grounds for exclusion based on Art. 24 sec. 5 point 1) of the Public Procurement Law, b) information from the National Criminal Record in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids, - c) whileProviding the competent head of the tax office confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with payment of taxes or other document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreement with the competent tax authority regarding repayment of such receivables with possible interest or fines, in particular obtained the legally required exemption, postponement or distribution to installments of outstanding payments orb suspension in full of the implementation of the decision of the competent authority - issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting offers;

d) certificate of the relevant local organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or Agricultural Social Insurance Fund or other document confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with paying contributions to social or health insurancee or other document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreement with the competent authority regarding repayment of such receivables with possible interest or fines, in particular obtained legally permissible, postponement or payment of overdue payments or suspension of the execution of the decision of the competent authority in its entirety - issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadlineat the submission of offers.

List of statements made by the contractor together with the offer for the preliminary confirmation that it is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings, list of statements or documents submitted by the contractor in the proceedings, at the request of the ordering party, to confirm the circumstances referred to in art. 25 ust. 1 of the PZP Act and a list of statements submitted byh by the contractor in the proceeding, within 3 days from the date of placing on the website of the information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law are contained in Chapter VII of the Terms of Reference - 6.
