Provision for adult education budget for enrolments from 1.9.2019 until 30.6.2020, with all enrolments completed by 30.6.2020. This is a one year procurement with a one year extension where volumes and funding will be reviewed monthly against profile, with performance management adjustments made within Boston College financial limitations. At performance management points, Boston College will consider growth requests and make reductions for non-performance through contract variations. Throughout the contract period, Boston College will suspend and withdraw the contract as detailed in the contract and/or where Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding methodology rules and regulation change and/or where ESFA funding is no longer available.
