Professional Development Advisory Service (Reunion - Guyana - Securing a Device)

This Framework Agreement has Purchase Orders and Subsequent Steps to implementation of the Counseling and Professional Development (CEP) service for private sector professionals who request it in the Guyana andin the meeting. This framework agreement also concerns the provision of security services for a CEP scheme. The services associated with the CEP service units, subject to the framework agreement and its subsequent marches, are specified in the CCTP.

The purpose of the lot is to provide a career development consulting service for the assets. private sector occupiers whohave the request, on the geographical perimeter defined in the title of the lot. The services associated with the units of the Professional Development Advisory Service, which are the subject of the framework agreement and its subsequent marches, are specified in the MCCP of the framework agreement.

This consultation follows the declaration without continuation of the geographical lots n 13 and 17 (Guyana and Reunion) and the lottechnical n 19 (provision of a CEP device) consultation n 2019-04-04 (notice of operation published on 7.4.2019 in the JOUE under n 19-55252, on 10.4.2019 in the JOUE under n 168074 -2019 and 5.4.2019 on the buyer profile www.achatpublic.com under number 3378663). For each lot, this Framework Agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification andIt is not renewable. For each lot, except lot 3, the framework agreement is single-award. For lot 3, the framework agreement is multi-awarded with a maximum of 3 holders. The framework agreement is concluded, with the exception of lot 3, with a minimum quantity commitment, corresponding to a purchase order for UO No. 3, and with no maximum commitment in value or quantity. Lot 3 is concludedyears minimum commitment in quantity and without maximum commitment in value or quantity. The holder will not be able to claim any compensation on the assumption that the markets or purchase orders will not be paid to him. As an indication, the projected volumes of beneficiaries of the CEP, indexed to the price ceilings of the framework agreement, for the year 2020, are specified in the documents of thea consultation. For lot 3, the following minimum capacity levels are required: tenderers (sole applicant or the whole group) must present a minimum turnover in the year of 2018 of 13 000 000 EUR HT.
