CPV Description: Administrative social services. Public notice for the presentation of expressions of interest aimed at the co-planning and implementation of innovative and experimental interventions in the field of autistic spectrum syndromes. 7016 of 31.12.2018, and that of identifying a subject or group ofsubjects belonging to the third sector and research bodies for the co-planning and implementation of innovative and experimental interventions for the launch of a pilot network project aimed at laying the foundations for the opening of a totally public day center support for individuals with autism spectrum syndrome.

Subject of the Notice, the outline of which was approved withManagerial decision n. 7016 of 31.12.2018, and that of identifying a subject or group of subjects belonging to the third sector and research bodies for the co-planning and implementation of innovative and experimental interventions for the launch of a pilot network project aimed at placing the bases for the opening of a totally public day care center to support the subjectsthose suffering from autism spectrum syndrome.

Registration in the appropriate registers or registers prescribed by national or regional law provisions and the express provision by the memorandum of association and bylaws for the performance of activities and services in favor of third parties similar to those in question of this notice of co-planning.

b) Declaration signed by the legal representative, aimeaning and for the purposes of the articles 46 and 47 of the D.P.R. 28.12.2000, n.445, containing:

The list, the analytical description and the turnover of activities / services / projects similar to the one for which the last ten years prior to the publication date of this notice are involved; The number, the specific tasks, the educational / academic and professional qualifications possessedi from the professional figures that you intend to assign to the realization of the interventions subject to co-planning;

The activities / services / projects managed and the experience gained, in the context of the promotion of rights for people with autism spectrum disabilities, who demonstrate the territorial rooting and the concrete aptitude to work for the realization of the interventionsi;

The list of projects financed by other public or private bodies carried out in the last 10 years prior to the date of publication of this notice with the indication of the contribution received and of the lender;

Description of any accreditations and certifications or of other nature in the possession of the candidate subject.
