The procurement ring of the municipalities of Kotka and Hamina, Pyhtaea, Virolahti and Miehikkaelaen municipalities, requires candidates to participate in a competitive negotiated procedure in a call for tenders.in accordance with its annexes. The aim of the acquisition is to obtain high-quality and professional services that will help to achieve the industrial policy goals of the retail and retail supply chain and to support the regional vitality of Etelae-Kymenlaakso.

Procurement is carried out under a competitive negotiated procedure under section 36 of the Procurement Act. Procure as a result of the procurement processThe ring developer selects one (1) service provider with whom it contracts the contract.

Preliminary description of the services to be procured and other preliminary tender request material is attached to the request for participation in the application. The internal support for these annexes may change and refine on the basis of negotiations, subject to the restriction that the selected contractor must take theintaeaen all services listed at the top level in service descriptions.
