The contract includes technical property management, supervision and shoeing of land and buildings before Oestersundshems properties in Torvalla and Froesoen respectively. The procurement is divided into two bidding areas.

UF1 GENERAL ORIENTATION

The contract includes snow removal and anti-slip control of streets, parking lots, pedestrian and bicycle roadsat whip places, etc., as well as shots out of the outdoor environment at residences, retirement homes, industrial premises, as well as being appointed by the Besteller in the municipality of Oestersund. The scope of the contract is evident from documents specified in UF.3.2.2.2 in the procurement document. Execution of the score must be done in accordance with the appendices that are not included in the contract. Variationer may occur between the ears depending on, for example, changed school orientation or purchasing / selling of properties.
