Restricted EU supply of public and residential housing administration in Aalborg Municipality Site: Municipality of Aalborg.

Aalborg Municipality's Agencies and Disability Committee has decided at provide the administration and operation of the majority of municipal housing, cf. section 5 of the Housing Act, etc. and administration and operation of 3 shelters.

The tenderer must complete a version of the Common European Publication Document (ESPD) as part of the application, in which the requested information must be disclosed. Safely answering is based on the capacity of other entities or constitutes one anothertermination of companies (consortia), more ESPDs must be handed over in accordance with the terms of reference.

The ESPD is a self-declaration that serves as proof that the applicant meets the criteria of exclusion, suitability and selection. :

Before notifying tenderers regarding award, the winning bidder, other entities and associations must, upon request by the Ordregiver, provide documentation in accordance with section 144 and 152 of the Public Procurement Act for the information provided in the ESPD for the purpose of the qualification.

If the bidder, the association's participants or other entities is from Denmarkthe documentation is presented in the form of a service certificate from the Danish Business Authority. The certificate of service must contain information from:

- The Settlement Court v. Court of Justice,

- TAX,

- ATP,

- Police (Criminal Record). Please note that a "consent statement" must be completed and signed to be uploaded in connection with the ordering of the service certificate.

The service certificate must not exceed 6 months old from the deadline for sending the Service Certificate as determined by the Contractor in the letter of invitation.

For information, the processing time of the Danish Business Authority is approx. 2 weeks from ordering the Service Certificate has been received.

If their countries do not issue the relevant certificates or documents or do not cover all the relevant cases, can they be replaced of a declaration under oath.

Use of redemption not in the country in question may be used instead of a declaration of faith and law.

The contracting entity reserves the right to anmode requests to prove that the participation of the same legal entity in multiple applications does not lead to mutually affecting the content of the different tenderers' offers, including failure to observe a practice that may threaten transparency and distort competition between tenderers. If this can not be proved, the contracting party reserves the right to reject those applicants
