The bidder represents, in the event that he wins the call for tenders, the interests of Switzerland energie in Switzerland Italian. The tenderer represents, in the case where he wins the call for tenders, the interests of Switzerland energie in Italian Switzerland. The management of the market includes in particular to make the products, services and activities of Switzerland energie known to the general public and the particular target groups, to raise awareness, inform andthe decision-makers of political and economic circles and public administration, advising private companies and companies on energy matters, managing Swiss publications in Switzerland energie and conducting marketing and media activities for the purpose to support the Swiss energy campaigns.

The tenderer has the economic / financial capacity necessary to execute the mandate.

Certified true copies of the Trade Register and the Register of proceedings not more than three months old at the time the tenderer requests them or, for the tenderers andRangers, official documents and equivalent foreign equivalents recently established.

Negotiations: are reserved. The adjudicator does not engage in price negotiations.
