Economic, efficient and effective administrative action should be promoted. of the total volume, a Schaetz value of 134, 837 PT has been determined. An acceptance obligation does not exist.

For technical reasons, the lots in this tendering procedure become 2 separate procedurestendered. Procurement law deals with 2 lots of a procedure.

The volume is divided into 2 lots:

Lot 1 "Advice on Strategic-Planning Issues" with a volume value of 53 935 PT (ZIB12.20- 9934/18 OJ: 1).

Lot 1 addresses strategically-planning consulting services of the top management consultancy with the aim of finding the necessary carriers for strategic managementFundamental decisions, their preparation and initialization to support. The focus of consultancy here is the central issue of management with regard to the development and achievement of medium and long-term authority goals. Of particular importance here is the inclusion of external influencing factors and a prognostic perspective.

Lot 2 "Advice on strategic-operativeIssues "with a volume value of 80 902 PT - this procedure (ZIB12.20- 9934/18 VV: 2)

Lot 2 focuses on strategic-operative advisory services of the top management consultancy with the aim of providing strategic support for strategic decisions Preparation and initialization to support.The focus here is the central issueof management with regard to the implementation of political decisions.
