For technical reasons, the lots in this tendering procedure become 2 separate proceduresn advertised. Procurement law deals with 2 lots of a procedure.

The volume is divided into 2 lots:

lot 1 "Advice on strategic-planning issues"

With a volume value of 53 935 PT - this procedure (ZIB12.20- 9934/18 VV: 1).

Lot 1 focuses on strategic planning consulting services provided by the top management consultancy with the aim of meeting the requirementseger in strategic policy decisions, their preparation and initialisation. The focus of consultancy here is the central issue of management with regard to the development and achievement of medium and long-term authority goals. Of particular importance here is the inclusion of external factors and a prognostic perspective.

Lot 2 "Advice onStrategic-Operational Issues "with a volume value of 80, 902 PT (ZIB12.20- 9934/18 VV: 2)

Lot 2 focuses on strategic-operative advisory services of the top management consultancy with the aim of providing strategic support and preparation for strategic decisions and initialization. The focus here is on the central issueof management with regard to the implementation of political decisions. It is assumed that short-term implementation horizons. Pragmatic approaches to the consultation are required.

There is the possibility to bid on one or both lots, but the bidder can only win the bid for one lot (surcharge limit according to - 30 Abs. 1 S.2 VgV) a bidder / a bidIn the document "03_Angebotsformular_Preisblatt", the preference or favored ranking of the lots must be indicated (rank 1, rank 2).

The contract will be awarded to the most economical bid for each lot. This will be determined in the first step for each lot according to the criteria specified in the tender documentslt. If a company has made the most economic offer for more than one lot, it will be determined, according to the preference specified by the tenderer, for which lot the contract can be awarded. A bidder can only win the bid for one lot. Thus, a bidder can be awarded the contract for which he has ranked 2nd.
