The proof of qualification listed below must be provided in their entirety and without restriction or modification at the same time as the offer, since otherwise it will not enter into the matter on the latter.

CDQ 01 Economic / financial capacity.

The bidnaire has the economic / financial capacity necessary to carry out the mandate.

CDQ 05 Human Resources.

The tenderer has the resourcess required to fulfill the mandate in accordance with the terms of reference, to assess, during the entire duration of the contract, the requests for reimbursement of the network surcharge within four weeks of their receipt by the contracting authority, and provide the latter with a draft decision answering the specifications.

CDQ 06 Confirmation of the commitment of a qualiFor the duration of the project, the tenderer will hire a qualified person to lead the project and answer it to the contracting authority. A person meets the requirements for training and professional practice if he / she: (a) holds a federal diploma as a chartered accountant; (b) holds a federal diploma of expert-trustee, an expertiscal or expert in finance and controlling and has a professional practice of at least 5 years;

c) holds a degree in business management, economic or legal sciences awarded by a university or a senior Swiss specialist school or is a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal patent or a fiduciary agent with a federal patent, and justifies inthe cases of a professional practice of at least 12 years; the person in charge of the project must be a member of the fiduciary chamber.
