This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Order no. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and decree n2016-360 of 25.3.2016. On TueAnd the consecutive contract will have a firm duration of 48 months. The contract will take effect on 1.1.2018 at 0:00. It may be annulled annually on the date of expiry of the contract under the conditions specified in the special clauses.
