The tender relates to the assignment of the reimbursement policy for medical expenses.

The tender regards the assignment of the following insurance services: Medical expenses reimbursement policy.

In order to obtain the contribution and tax benefits pursuant to art.. 29, paragraph 4, letter f) of the Presidential Decree n. 1124 of 30.6.1965, and to the art. 51, paragraph 2, letter a) of the Presidential Decree n. 917 of 22.12.1986, for the Medical expenses reimbursement policy, the company awarded the contract will have to make use of a special body or fund to pay the contributions, with the purpose of providing assistance and legally authorized to receive the payments in question.

Availability of `special enthe aforementioned cash, in favor of the contractor, constitutes an essential requisite for the purposes of the assignment, and if in the verification of the requirements the defect of the availability in question emerges, the assignment will be revoked. ) registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register dethe provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure; the competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3, of the Code, submits a sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established;

b) possession of the authorization to carry out the activitiesto insurance companies in Italy for the branches pertaining to insurance coverage relating to the policy covered by the contract, issued by the then Ministry of Industry, commerce and crafts, pursuant to the previous T.U., approved by D.P.R. 449/1959 and subsequent amendments, of Legislative Decree 175/1995 or IVASS, pursuant to Legislative Decree 209/2005.

The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member Stateor or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3, of the Code, presents a sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established.
