The subject of this contract is the subscription of a group insurance coverage contract (lot 1) and complementary health insurance (lot 2) for the benefit of all the employees of the commercial and pleasure ports, as well as those of the airport managed by the Chambre de commThe purpose of this contract is to provide an insurance service for the compulsory coverage of a contingency plan (death, disability and disability) for all employees in the ports. as well as those of the airport managed by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Var and the administrative management of related servicesThe market is concluded as from the receipt by the holder of the letter bearing the market notification. The underweighting of the contract management criterion is specified in the regulation of the consultation.

1) Criterion: price, 40 points out of 100;

2) Criterion: evolution of the tariff with a commitment of non-cancellation, 20 points out of 100;

The payment method is the bank transfer. The modalities of financing the market are defined inCCAP and perform in accordance with the prescriptions of Articles R. 2191-3 to R. 2192-136. The candidate may benefit from an advance in accordance with R. 2191-7 to R. 2191-12 of the aforementioned public order code. Assignment or pledge of the market possible. The market is financed by own funds. Prices are firm and can be updated according to the terms and conditions defined in the CCAP.
