Accident and health insurance services.

Service concerning the assignment of the supplementary health assistance plan for the staff of the Enasarco Foundation. The aforementioned health coverage, as explained in the tender documents, is referects to: A) all the staff of the Foundation, currently employed equal to n. 422 units (9 managers, including the General Manager, 21 panels, and 392 employees) to which are added the family units of the General Manager and managers; B) extensible, on a voluntary basis, to the family nucleus of the board and of the employee -fiscally and not fiscally charged, provided they areo family status - held, as required by the Technical Specifications, to the payment of a fixed premium charged, determined in €. 800.00.

Provisional security, upon presentation of the offer, equal to 2% of the total amount of the contract equal to € 2, 948, 700.00, pursuant to art. 93, co. 1 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, except as provided for in paragraph 7 of the same article. On pain of exclusion, this gmust have a duration of not less than 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days from the expiry date set for the receipt of tenders, accompanied by the guarantor's commitment to issue, if the bidder is awarded, the ultimate guarantee pursuant to art. art. 103 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments. In the event of an award: final deposit equal to 10% of the amountof the contract pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments.
