Access control and locking system

The BLS has an aging, mechanical, mechatronic locking system with a higher-level on / off-line access control system. This, mechatronic components and related media have reached the end of their lifecycle and must be replaced. Also the management softwareIn terms of ease of use and integrability in today's BLS-IT environment is no longer the current state of the art.

With regard to ease of use and integra- tion into today's BLS-IT environment, the management software is also no longer state-of-the-art.

From the beginning of 2019, the phased renewal of the access control / locking system in the BLS route network is planned. The individual stages are to be planned carefully and with the appropriateto coordinate existing stakeholders. As a first step, the new management software will be implemented, whereby the old software will have to be continued in parallel by the end of 2020. Subsequently, the buildings will be reorganized regionally. The new system will be able to manage around 9, 000 access media and be scaled up to double that amount.

Negotiations: Pure bidding rounds will not be held. Technical offer adjustments are reserved. With new findings, a new PrIce offer arises. Negotiations regarding the content, completeness and / or plausibility of the submitted offers are reserved.
