Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Contract for the Installation of Transmission, Distribution and Service Pipes and Fittings for the Salt River Water Supply Scheme, Clarendon.

This Tender is lor the installation of approximately 1.5km of 150mm PVC Pipes, 1.1 km of 100mm, 0.9km of 50mm PVC Pipes and fittings and a number of HDPE Service Connections.
ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER:
Tenderers must provide:
• Evidence of Tax Compliance
Evidence ol regetrabon with the National Contracts Commission (NCC) with a minimum Grade 2 rating in the category of Pipe Laying or Grade 2 in the category of Civil Engineering
• A Tender Bond in the amount and format specified stamped by the Office of Stamp Duty or a manager`s Cheque in the amount specified
Completed, signed and sealed Letter of Bid.
COLLECTION OF DOCUMENT:
Tender documents may be collected from Rural Water Supply Limited, 3rd Floor, The Towers, 25 Dominica Drive, Kingston 5. Documents will be available as of 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
• Tenderers will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of S5.000.00 for the document. Payment should be made in cash or manager`s cheque at Rural Water Supply Limited, 3"1 Floor, The Towers, 25 Dominica Drive, Kingston 5.
RETURN OF TENDERS:
Sealed Bids are to be placed in the designated tender box labelled as "TENDER FOR THE SALT RIVER WATER SUPPLY SCHEME - PIPE-LAYING CONTRACT AT SALT RIVER" which is located at Rural Water Supply Limited, 3`° Floor, The Towers, 25 Dominica Drive, Kingston 5, on or before 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
