Contract C19w07 Digital Training Centre Fit-Out Works (Contract C19w07)
Description : The Airport Authority Hong Kong (the "Authority") is planning to carry out interior design and fit-out works for the Digital Training Centre (the "Works"), as part of the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy campus, in the Car Park 4 Expansion Building. The duration of this Contract is approximate 8 months. The procurement method for the Works, conditions for participation and contract award criteria are detailed in the tender documents.The Authority hereby invites tenders from organizations with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and CAPABILITY to manage and construct the Works. Suitable applicants will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience and capability in undertaking projects of similar nature and complexity in an operating environment. Applicants who wishes to tender for the above Contract shall write to Mr. Richard Ho, General Manager, Contracts & Control via the Authority s email: CWDTENDER@hkairport.com giving the name, address, telephone and e-mail address of the contact person.The Authority will advise applicants in writing about the detailed arrangement for collecting the Tender Documents.Tenderers will be required to submit a tender bond in the amount of HK$100, 000 with the tender.Tenders for this Contract shall be submitted to the Authority no later than 14:30 on Tuesday, 20 August 2019 (Hong Kong time).All costs associated with any submission in response to this notice shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicant.
