Abstract: The University has an established track record of securing large grants and wishes to increase the volume of bids submitted and its success rate in strategic research areas.As such, UWTSD is seeking bids from suitability qualified suppliers to under-take a series of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and limited ongoing support, in the form of:I. Highly targeted bid-writing training;II. Specific bid refinement support;III. Focussed bid development mentoring.This service will be made available to both nominated academic staff as well as certain project development and support staff from the University`s Research, Innovation and Enterprise Service (RIES) unit.To achieve these aims, the University is seeking targeted support for a maximum of ten individuals within each of the following THREE Lots. These Lots reflect the specific (but not exclusive) areas of expertise and grant/funding capture focus envisaged for each by the University, at the time of writing.Bidders may bid for any number of lots.
