Description of Purchase: The Pirkanmaa ELY Center will apply for a Vocational Training Job Offer in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The bid comparison takes into accountonly the annexes requested in the invitation to tender. The contracting entity selects one (1) service provider with which the contracting entity concludes the contract. The content of competing training is presented in more detail in training description 9/2019 of Appendix 1 to the call for tender. The procuring entity reserves the rightwithout obtaining the training described in this call for tenders.
