The Government of Jamaica (GOJ), through the United Nations Environment Programme, has received financing from the Global Environment Facility (GEF). The GOJ intends to apply part of the proceeds to implement the National Sub-Project 1.4 Biodiversity Mainstreaming in Coastal landscapes within the Negril Environmental Protection Area of Jamaica, for the engagement of a Consultant. The selected Consultant will provide a Business, Marketing and Management Plan. The purpose of the consultancy is to develop a business plan, marketing plan and a management plan for the Negril Royal Palm Reserve including resource mobilization component to support sustainability of research activities.

To participate in this tender opportunity, Consultants must first be registered on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement System via the platform at www.gojep.gov.jm.

Bid Submission Date: Proposals must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than 3:00 p.m. Jamaica time on Tuesday, 27 October 2020. Late Proposals will be automatically rejected by the system.

The Bidder must provide, with Proposal, a valid copy of their Tax Compliance Letter (TCL)/Tax Compliance Certificate from the Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ).
