Project Measures:

The “Rural infrastructure Development Program for Cambodia” (RID4CAM) concerns the project preparation study for programme implementation. The estimated duration for the services is approx. 4 months.

The Consultant-s main tasks comprise:

· Review of project definition and scope of services

· Baseline Analysis of Project Provinces

· Compilation and initial screening / scoping of measures

For measures in the 3 provinces identified for investments under the first batch, the analysis shall go beyond the simple screening and scoping of possible measures. It shall also include a more detailed analysis to enable quick and smooth implementation:

· Measure-related data collection

· Climate proofing of project measures

· Safeguard Issues

· Design Assumptions and Costing of Measures

· Prioritisation of Candidate Investment Measures

· Initial screening of possible small accompanying rural infrastructure

· Outline the training needs and accompanying training measures for MRD and MRD/PMU
