Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR LABORATORY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RE-BIDDING)

Contract No. LIMS-2021-11

1. The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) through the 2021 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (Php15, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services for Laboratory Information Management System (Re-bidding) with Contract No. LIMS-2021-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The LLDA now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consultancy Services for Laboratory Information Management System. Interested consultants must submit their eligibility documents on or before March 31, 2022, 2:30 PM at LLDA Library Conference Room, 3rd Floor, National Ecology Center, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
