Project Measures:

The Project provides support to the Municipality of Beira to establish an autonomous municipal Park Management Entity.

The requested consultancy services of the Project Management Consultant under this tender shall provide support in:

1. Support in setting-up an autonomous municipal Park Management Entity;

2. Human resource development and coaching in park management, financial management and procurement;

3. Development of annual and multi-year operational plans;

4. Market surveys of commercial properties and real estate, public private partnership (PPP) contracting and leasing;

5. Development of communication strategy including online platforms, marketing and facilitation of campaigns and events.
