Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Facilities Management.

The interested firm should have independently rendered Facilities Management Services for at least any three (3) Commercial Banks/Private Firms/Hotels etc. having covered area of 8858m2 (minimum) with 8-typical floors with Ultra-modern facilities (each Floor - 895m2 approx.), and that of multi-level car part with 4111 m2 (minimum) during the last five (5) Years.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, (Act 663) and Amendment Act, 2016, (Act 914) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.

Interested Consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 08:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Completed Expressions of Interest documents must be delivered to the address below on or before 11thSeptember, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. and mention "Facilities Management Services".
