Tenders are invited for Consulting Services for Diagnostic and Technical Assistance Services for Capacity Building of Municipalities and Their Partners in the Wilayas of Hodh Ech Chargui and Hodh El Gharbi


The services of the consultant will focus on diagnostic and technical assistance services for the capacity building of Municipalities and their partners in the Wilayas of Hodh Ech Chargui and Hodh El Gharbi, in particular:
1) Provide support to the territorial planning and project management for the delivery of local public services, including the construction of public infrastructure: territorial diagnosis and concerted, participatory approach to investment programming;
2 °) Strengthen and train the structures and tools of support-advice to the municipalities in place, in particular the regional delegations in charge of supporting decentralization and local development (DRDDL) to allow a more inclusive, participatory and concerted decentralization and local development projects, particularly in terms of the economic development of territories and management of natural resources;
3) Contribute to monitoring environmental and social safeguard measures, reducing the negative impacts of investments, improving the control and monitoring-evaluation system.
