Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Design Review, Tender Document Preparation and Supervision of Construction Works.
PROJECT: Dilla – Bulle – Haro Wachu Road Project (68.7km)
The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has obtained financing from the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) and Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), collectively “the Funds”, towards the cost of Dilla – Bulle – Haro Wachu Road Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include review of the detailed engineering design, supervision of the construction works, implementation of associated environmental, safety, and resettlement plans and adverse social impact mitigation measures for the project mentioned above.
The Ethiopian Roads Authority now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the service. Participation is restricted to firms from OPEC Fund for International Development member states, Arab, African or Arab-African associated firms. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, core business, years of experience in the business, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, technical and managerial organizational structure of the firm, number of key staffs, availability of appropriate skills among staff, general qualification etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
