For the realization of the consultancy, the following specific objectives are stated:

1. Design a methodological proposal to facilitate intra-institutional workshops for the participatory construction of the Action Guidelines for Migratory Officers for the protection of children and adolescents.

2. Systematize all the objective and subjective information of institutional and specialized technicians involved in administrative processes related to migrant children and adolescents in the workshops.

3. Provide knowledge about the changes, results, learning and challenges from the institutional practice, through the documentary review and the collection of experiences or other relevant information. II. Expected products

As products of the Consulting it is expected:

First product: Proposal of methodological design for the facilitation of workshops for the construction of a draft of action guidelines for Migratory Officers of protection of childhood and adolescence, creation of profiles and the development of topics for the specialization of the Migration Officers in terms of protection.

Second product: Draft systematization report that includes the information collected, a draft of action guidelines for Migratory Officers for the protection of children and adolescents, creation of profiles and the development of topics for the specialization of Migration Officers in matters of protection, the structure of presentation of results.

Third product: Final document of systematization that includes an ordered presentation of contributions and / or data of objective and subjective information provided by institutional technicians and
