Tenders are invited for Guatemala: Consulting for Corporate and Individual Fundraising.

Minimum indispensable requirements

University degree in business administration, philanthropy, international relations, marketing or related careers.
Minimum of five years of verifiable experience in raising individual funds or marketing to consumers.
Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in corporate fundraising.
Knowledge of the mechanics of recurrent individual contributions (pledge) through different channels (in particular Telemarketing and Digital).
High level of knowledge of the political, economic and social reality of Guatemala.
High ability of planning and analytical thinking.
High ability for interpersonal relationships, communicate verbally and achieve results.
Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and oral).
Domain of Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Technological self-sufficiency (laptop, internet, cell phone) and mobilization.
Main tasks to develop

Support the analysis and constant updating of markets and mapping of possible allies, including business modalities, net income, customer base.
Support the analysis of the potential of individual fundraising in Guatemala, including SITAN, SWOT, projections and fundraising and marketing plan, identifying the most profitable channels.
Follow up and strengthen the current corporate alliances.
Support the development of a new line of work based on individual donations.
Support in the identification, recruitment and training of providers and agencies for the collection of individual funds.
Plan and implement the actions of individual fundraising according to defined KPIs and achieve the planned results.
Support the analysis of national legislation regarding fundraising, exemption from taxes and donations, privacy and use of personal data, as well as establishing recommendations and feasibility mechanisms.
Support the definition and implementation of a Plan for the Collection of Emergency Funds for individual donations, including agreements with the corporate sector, collection mechanisms and communication channels.
Support the preparation of calendar of activities, management of meetings, presentations to potential allies, concrete proposals to each potential partner including amounts and collection mechanics, agendas and minutes of each internal and external meeting, and follow-up to managerial contacts.
Support the analysis of the coincidence of corporate and individual donations and the messages derived from the allies with the work of UNICEF and its respective programmatic components.
Support the development of integrated communication campaigns before, during and after the collection actions.
Period

The consultancy period would be 11 months from the signing of the contract.
