Expression of Interest are invited for Consultations to Carry out the Missions for the Implementation of the Quality Approach and the Quality Certification of Companies Adhering to the National Program for Restructuring and Upgrading (PNRMN).

1. The Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire has obtained from the African Fund

Development, within the framework of the Support Project for the Strengthening of the Competitiveness of

Industrial Sector (PARCSI), a donation of ten million (10, 000, 000) Units of Account (UA) . Part of the amount of this donation will be used for the remuneration of consulting services (firms /consulting firms / firms or groupings of firms) for the implementation of the quality approach and the quality certification of companies adhering to the program National Restructuring and Upgrading Program (PNRMN).

2. The purpose of this call for expressions of interest is to compile files of consultants (firms /consulting firms / firms or groupings of firms) qualified to be part of the short lists; as part of the consultations to carry out the missions for the implementation of the quality approach and the quality certification of companies adhering to the National Program for Restructuring and Upgrading (PNRMN).

The maximum duration of a mission will last for a maximum of eighteen (18) months with a maximum of four (4) missions that can be assigned to the same consultant in the same year.

3. The PARCSI Execution Cell invites the Consultants (firms / consulting firms / firms or groupings of firms) eligible to express their interest to be included in the database of consulting files that will be consulted if necessary to provide the services described above individually or in groups .

4. The Consultants must have at least three (3) years of existence and provide references of the experiments demonstrating at least three (03) years in the conduct and the implementation of a quality approach . They must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the requested services including brochures, references for the execution of similar missions - years of implementation, costs, name of client (s) and address / phone, the CVs of the staff of the cabinet (s), the catalog of presentation of the Cabinets.

5. The files of the consultants will be established after the examination of the files, in accordance with the "Rules and procedures for the use of Consultants" of the African Development Bank, May 2008 edition, revised in July 2012.

6. Consultants (firms / consulting firms / firms or groupings of firms) interested can obtain additional information at the address below every working day, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. hours (local time).
