The Kingston and St. Andrew Municipal Council (KSAMC) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firm for Procurement of the Consultation for Rick Assessment and Training.
Scope of Work : This includes:
• Develop a suitable risk register for the identification of all risk exposures.
• Determine the degree of impact of the identified risk exposures on the organization.
• Where possible or relevant quantify the impact of these risk exposures (develop appropriate risk measurement techniques).
• Develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies for the risk exposures.
• Develop a risk framework for the management of these risks, within the corporate governance structure of the organization.
• Provide guidance in the development of appropriate risk management policies and risk reports.
• Provide knowledge transfer to the staff of the organization.

Procurement Method: National Competitive Bidding
Eligibility: Must submit with bids a copy of a valid TCC and PPC/NCC in the category of Consulting Services-General.
