Tenders are invited for Consultants Firm, Organization or Institution For the Provision of “National Key Population HIV Program Review”.

Since January 2011, Save the Children International (SC) has been designated as Co-Principal Recipient (PR) of the programs funded by The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) in Myanmar and will continue leading activities funded through GFATM Grants up to 2020.

Starting from the beginning, SC has worked in close collaboration with National Program of the Ministry of Health and Sports ensuring that INGOs- partners follow National Strategy set up. The Myanmar National Strategic Plan (NSP) on HIV and AIDS (2016-2020) was developed under the leadership of the National AIDS Program (NAP), the Ministry of Health and Sports, through the extensive collaborative efforts of relevant stakeholders including government officials, UN agencies, development partners, NGOs, and the community. As Myanmar reaches the mid-term of the National Strategic Plan (NSP-III) implementation period, Myanmar-s National AIDS Program seeks a team of external technical experts to conduct a review of key population component of the Myanmar National HIV programs.

The purpose of this procurement process is to select qualified “Consultants” to conduct a review of all aspects of HIV Key Population programs including HIV prevention programming up to and enrolment in care.
