The Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests (" MAPMDREF " or the " Client ") of the Kingdom of Morocco has obtained a loan and grants from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“ EBRD ” or the “ Bank ”) and intends to use part of the amount of the grant to make payments under the following contract: Technical assistance to the Regional Office for Agricultural Development of the Moulouya (" ORMVAM”) Of the MAPMDREF to support the implementation of the activities of the“ Saiss and Garet water conservation project - Garet component ”.
