Expression of Interest are invited for Consultant Services-Conducting Studies and/or Finalize Them (Design), Control and Supervised the Civil Works for a Period of 36 Months, up to End of 2022 with Eventual Extension.

The Cameroonian Government received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Chari-Logone Integrated Rural Development Project, Phase II and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include conducting studies and/or finalize them (design), control and supervised the civil works for a period of 36 months, up to end of 2022 with eventual extension. Please refer to the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in ARMP magazine, Cameroon tribune and Project website published on 4th December 2017.

The ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development through the Project management Unit now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Experience in the following area or tasks shall be the minimum requirement for the assignment:

• Conducting technical studies for construction and rehabilitation of rural track route and bridge.
• Conducting technical studies for land use management for agricultural purposes
• Elaboration of technical and particular condition for the bidding documents
• Monitoring, control and supervisions of all the civil works (rural track, land use management and socioeconomic infrastructures).

Consultants may express interests in the forms of association, validated by an agreement among members of the association which clearly specifies the type of association, i.e. a joint-venture, intermediate forms of association, or sub consultancy.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants under Islamic Development Bank Financing (2015 edition) available on the website of the Bank, www.isdb.org.
