Tenders are invited for Consultant for the Realization of the Diagnostic Study of Air Quality in Douala and Yaounde Cities.

Consistency of the services
The services to be performed under this call for tenders consist of:

- identify sources of air pollution;
- inventory emissions according to each identified source;
- conduct measurement campaigns (through mobile stations, passive tubes etc.)
- quantify polluting emissions;
- diagnose air quality, exposure to pollution;
- Model the dispersion of pollutants;
- carry out environmental and health studies: evaluate the health risks, the population pollution index, the environmental impact as well as the surveillance measures;
- Estimate emissions of major pollutants and energy consumption at the study area;
- Qualify the initial state by in situ measurements;
- estimate concentrations in the study area;
- Compare variants in terms of health and the environment;
