Togo is currently going through a period of economic recovery that invites us to rethink the issue of Adequacy Education - Training - Employment. This recovery process requires profound changes in the responsibilities, capacities and functioning of training institutions. By focusing on the social sectors and human capital, thegrassroots development and youth as well as the consolidation of the foundations for economic growth, the Government plans to achieve an average annual growth of the industrial and manufacturing sector of around 10% per year and create around 100, 000 jobs in the region. period 2018-2022, thanks to the establishment of a manufacturing center and two indeustriels. This will reduce current unemployment and underemployment rates by 3.4% and 25.8% to 2.6% and 19.4% by 2022.In this perspective, Education, particularly Technical Education and Vocational Training (ETFP) has, upstream, an important role to play in the integration of youth into the labor market. But'technical education and vocational training is underdeveloped despite the progress made in recent years and is struggling to meet the needs of the market. Indeed, there are difficulties in integrating young people as they reach higher levels of education / training. Trained professionals and supare more unemployed than less educated youth. In addition, those leaving these training levels are more than 25% in the informal sector. This situation is characteristic of the challenge of the mismatch between training and employment.
