Expression of Interest are invited for Short Term Consultant hiring as Project Analyst for Myanmar Financial Institutions Group Advisory Program.

IFC is currently seeking to hire a Short Term Consultant to work directly with the Financial Institutions Group Lead for Myanmar, providing programmatic oversight, project administration support, and support the strategic planning for the financial institutions portfolio in Myanmar. This is a holistic role, with projects spanning banking, microfinance, digital finance and payments, as well as internal planning, coordinating, and reporting. Detailed TOR as attached

The World Bank Group intends to finance the assignment / services described below under the following:
- Agri Inputs Reforms II

INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE
The consultant should be an individual.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Bachelors or equivalent degree in economics, finance, business, or similar;
At least three years work experience in banking, consulting, or another fast-paced, knowledge-based work environment;
Experience in projects related to finance and services sectors is preferred;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and sound business judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions;
Experience as a project manager is preferred;
Facility to work successfully in multicultural teams and across boundaries, and ability to work independently;
Ability to interface well with clients;
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills;
Excellent writing and oral communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and quality;
Native-level fluency in English, Burmese language ability a plus.
