Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Consultant for Development of Facilitator`s Guide for Life Skills Curriculum.

In the context of the described project, the consultant will review the existing lifeskills activity manual developed by the Lebanon Country Office and develop a facilitator-s guide. The facilitator-s guide will include step-by-step guidance for frontline project staff on how to conduct the activities, how to prepare for and debrief activities, and in general how to ensure that learning objectives for each of the life skills competencies are achieved. This guide will accompany the existing activity book a guiding document for facilitators to reference. It is also expected that the consultant will provide a TOT for the SC FSL teams and partners teams to ensure their confidence on both the content and the mechanism for facilitation.

Objectives:

- Deliver a facilitator-s guide in line with the existing activity manual and the LS4S common approach

- Ensure that frontline facilitators are confident in the material and well-prepared to deliver lifeskills sessions.
