Tenders are invited for Consultant to Develop an Impact Assessment Study regarding the Public Transportation Low-Emission Vehicle Program in the Northern Border Region of Mexico,

The North American Development Bank (NADB) intends to contract a consultant to develop an impact assessment study regarding the Public Transportation Low-emission Vehicle Program in the Northern Border Region of Mexico, implemented to date in four cities between 2014 and 2016.
These services are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2019 and take a maximum of twelve
months to complete.
The consultant will be selected and contracted in accordance with NADB Procurement Policies and
Procedures, as NADB will be the Executing Agency.
Consulting firms that have experience in similar works and are interested in participating in the
selection process should send an expression of interest to NADB by e-mail at the address indicated
below, no later than October 10, 2019.

questions on October 14, 2019.
Proposals must be delivered to an electronic repository no later than 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Daylight
Time) on October 30, 2019. NADB will provide instructions for submitting proposals only to firms
that confirm their participation by e-mail to the address indicated below on or before October 10,
2019. Proposals sent via e-mail will not be accepted.
