Expression of Interest are invited for Consultant to Carry out the Feasibility Study of the 2 Nd Priority Project PPP- Port Project of Manakara.

This call for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice published in UNDB and on the Bank's website http://www.afbd.org dated 23 May 2016 and the General Notice of Public Procurement published in the newspaper Express of Madagascar in May 05, 2018 and published on the website of the EDBM.

The Republic of Madagascar has received funding from the African Development Bank Group to cover the cost of the Investment Promotion Support Project (PAPI), and intends to use part of the sums granted under this loan to finance the hiring of a consultant to carry out the feasibility study of the 2 nd priority project PPP- Port Project of MANAKARA.

The purpose of this mission is to provide the Public Company with all the elements necessary for the design and sizing of the project, as well as the assessment of the feasibility of the investment defined as follows: rehabilitation of the infrastructures of the port of Manakara in view of estimated estimated traffic. The consultant will define in consultation with the public person several options to be compared in order to select an optimal solution.
