Tenders are invited for Consultant / Specialist in the design and use of the Public Policy Monitoring System.

Background

At a time when it seems consensual that political-institutional stabilization in Guinea-Bissau necessarily requires legislative and institutional reforms, and this is reflected in the various strategic documents and political agreements, it is essential to prepare technical and organizational organizations civil society to be able to participate in implementing the planned reforms, monitoring their implementation and evaluating their results.

Duties and Responsibilities

General objective:

· Create an integrated monitoring platform that integrates the information gathered by existing observatories;

· Create a database and provide information on the implementation of reforms.

· Support the design and creation of a page on the LGDH and Tiniguena websites to make monitoring data available
