Expression of Interest for Consultancy for Teaching Assistants for Remedial Programme (Building Lasting Opportunities and Outstanding Minds Initiative) - Human Development Service Delivery Project

Description:

The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Human Development Service Delivery Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) will include: a. Working one-on-one with small groups of pupils to provide support to students with learning difficulties in mathematics, reading and writing b. Working one-on-one and/or with small groups to perform specific tasks in literacy and numeracy such as reading guiding small group discussions, and ensuring that slower students remain on task during class time. Periodically assess student’s level of understanding and make adjustments as needed to ensure that activities are calibrated to learning levels. c. Aid in the production of teaching/learning aids and other materials and create displays of students’ work as requested by teachers.
